My name is Josué Batista and this is my personal blog. It is focused on strategy, from the greek stratēgia, generalship. My mission is to help business and technology leaders develop the resources and capabilities needed to gain and sustain advantage in competitive markets both traditional and emerging. As a result, I write on strategy, leadership, productivity, business architecture and solution architecture. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.
My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you are in a position of strategic leadership—or aspire to be—then this blog is for you.
I typically post once a week. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe via e-mail.
